This tool uses server-side FFmpeg with `-ss` (seek) and `-t` (duration) + `-c copy` for stream copying. No re-encoding means: no quality loss + extremely fast (1 GB in seconds vs minutes for re-encode tools).
Trade-off: timestamps must fall on keyframes for frame-perfect accuracy. Otherwise FFmpeg seeks to nearest keyframe (offset of a few seconds). Frame-perfect cuts require re-encoding (Phase 2).
