Vertical reframer for TikTok/Reels
TikTok/Reels/Shorts all use 9:16 vertical (1080×1920). Horizontal 16:9 uploads get black bars or auto-cropped by platform — looks bad.
Center crop mode: scale to fit height 1920, crop sides to 1080. Good for centered action, sport, dance.
Blur fit mode: scale to fit width 1080, leave top/bottom empty, fill with blurred + scaled-up source video. Good for talking head, podcast (preserves full face).

FAQ
Does center crop lose side content?
Yes. Crops ~50% of width. Good for centered action. If action is off to one side, use blur fit.
Does blur fit reduce quality?
Top/bottom (blur) is fuzzy. Center (source video) keeps original quality. Acceptable for talking head.
1:1 for IG feed?
Phase 2 will add 1:1 (1080×1080). Currently 9:16 only.
